With the rise of elderly population in Malaysia, Gibb & Co., one of the oldest legal firms in the straits settlement, is pleased to announce that weare dedicated to provide services dealing with life events associated with ageing which require or involve attention from a legal perspective through a supportive Elder Law Practice Division.

This initiative marks a significant milestone in the legal landscape especially for the aging community. Through our partnership involvement with a leading Developer in Penang in providing services for their elderly residences development in Penang and our commitment to the Pro Bono and Community Work Programme, Gibb & Co. recognises the need to bridge the gap and provide specifically tailored legal services to serve the needs of the senior community, their families and their service providers that would include organisations serving the elderly, such as elderly residential centers, medical care services and NGOs catering to the elderly.

Elder Law significantly fills the gap in the community by providing legal services often overlooked in Malaysia.
