Lim is a highly versatile lawyer was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2003. His practice over the years has exposed him to that involves construction dispute, contentious company law, and matters relating to Corporate Rescue Mechanisms.
His commercial practice extends to financial services and banking litigation where he regularly acts for major financial institutions and has extensive experience in matters involving freezing orders and pre-emptive reliefs. A number of these cases have been reported in the Malaysian Law Journals.
His experiences over the years have hone his skill in pre-emptive litigation.
Lim also acts on matters of probate and administration that includes structuring and devising plans in helping our clients to understand and achieve their objectives to protect preserve and to pass on the wealth that they have created.
He regularly appears in both the Tribunal, High Court and Appellate Court.
