The focus of Benjamin’s practice is on asset recovery, financial services and banking litigation and commercial litigation. He has extensive advocacy experience working both as sole counsel as well as part of the firm’s legal team serving either as Lead Counsel or as a Junior to our Senior Partner Chan on matters that the firm regularly engages at both the High Court and the Appellate Courts.
Benjamin first joined Gibb & Co. in 2014 as an intern. He later returned to the firm for his pupillage and was thereafter retained by the firm as an Associate with the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He was made Partner in 2023.
